Reiki 1st Degree is where your journey begins. Over 2 gentle and transformative days, you will receive 4 attunements—simple yet powerful energetic procedures that open you to a significantly enhanced flow of Reiki energy.

This foundational course includes:

• The history and principles of Usui Reiki

• How to use Reiki for self-healing and supporting others

• Practical ways to apply Reiki in everyday life to foster positive change and enhance wellbeing

• Plenty of guided hands-on practice in a supportive, relaxed setting

Upon completion, you will receive an authorised certificate and a comprehensive course manual. Ongoing support is available to all students—although this training is designed to last a lifetime, with no further classes required to maintain your practice.

Training takes place in a calm, welcoming environment at a private residence in Hoole, Chester.
