Our Reiki Meeting on Sunday 19th April 2026

Just wanted to share a little reflection from our April meeting on Sunday!

Thank you to the six lovely people who joined. From the very beginning, our sharing circle went surprisingly deep. Even though I can’t share the details because of privacy, I can say this: it was one of those beautifully warm, honest conversations where everyone contributed their thoughts and experiences, and the whole space felt held with kindness.

The theme that naturally emerged was imagination.
Intention and imagination aren’t the same thing, but they come from the same creative source — the part of us that shapes the future before it becomes real. When we create positive intentions and positive imagination, that energy is expressed into the universe… and eventually, it finds its way back to us. We talked about how powerful that is, and how much potential we actually have when we consciously use it.

And of course, we reminded ourselves of something important:
Reiki doesn’t require you to fully understand intention or imagination. Reiki is wonderfully handy — always available, always accessible, even when your mind feels foggy or unsure. You can use it anytime, anywhere, without needing to “get it right.”

We all have this tool. We all can use it.
So please — use it whenever you need it, in your own way!

Thank you again for such a heartfelt meeting. I always leave feeling grateful for the openness and warmth you all bring. The next meeting will be on Saturday 4th July from 1pm at the Hoole community centre!

みなさん、こんにちは♬　こちら、日曜日に行われたレイキミーティングのシェアになります。

今日のレイキミーティングの振り返りをシェアしますね。

今回も6名の方が参加してくださって、最初のシェアの時間からかなりディープなお話になりました。でも、みなさんが意見や経験を出し合ってくれて、とてもあたたかく、安心できるシェアの時間になりました。プライバシーがあるので内容そのものはお伝えできませんが、テーマとしては「イマジネーション（想像力）」が大きなキーワードになっていた感じです。

インテンション（意図）とイマジネーションは同じものではないけれど、どちらも未来を創り出すための源のようなもの。ポジティブなインテンションとイマジネーションを生み出せば、そのエネルギーは宇宙に放たれ、巡り巡って自分に戻ってきます。

「これを使わない手はないよね～」という、そんな話をみんなでしていました。

そして、もうひとつ大切なこと。
レイキは、インテンションやイマジネーションがよく分からない時でも、いつでも使えるとっても「ハンディー（便利）」なもの。頭がクリアじゃなくても、気持ちが揺れていても、レイキはちゃんと働いてくれます。

私たちはいつでもレイキを使えるし、必要な時に使っていい。
だから、どうぞ遠慮なく、あなたのタイミングで、あなたのやり方で使ってくださいね。
