I was born and brought up in Buddhism Temple in Japan and practiced Zen at a strict vagan monastery for 18months.

In 2001, I moved to UK and later that year I came across one of websites talking about "Reiki". Although I had lived in Japan I had never heard anything about Reiki.

The website sounded interesting and fascinating, so I applied and had a 2days course in January 2002.

I completed my First Degree training and I felt my energy system was reconnected to Reiki once again! Since then, Reiki have been strongly guiding me to the direction where I want to be. 

Increasing awareness and interest toward health and well-being has led me to take Diploma in Holistic Therapies, Anatomy & Physiology, Advanced Complementary Therapies, Beauty & Spa Therapies, and successfully running popular Holistic therapy services in Hoole, Chester! I honour the traditional teaching of the Usui System as a simple, powerful method for helping myself and others to achieve their full potential in all aspects of life.
